Patricia Lowe, Director of Administration and Association Executive

  • Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dayton
  • Over twenty years as administrator and resident services director of private nursing care facilities
  • Ten years as social services caseworker.

Krista Saul, CPA, Chief Financial Officer and Accounting Manager

  • Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Cedarville College
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Ten years experience in financial accounting and not-for-profit organization auditing with an accounting firm

Frederick J. Young, CAE, Chief Client Service Officer and Association Executive

  • Bachelor of Science (Business Administration-Marketing), Bellevue University
  • Associate of Arts (Business Administration), Muskegon College
  • Twenty-three years of experience in operations management with fifteen years in the jewelry arena
  • Experience in sales and marketing, relationship management and organization and communication

W. Anthony Feltner, Chief Operations Officer and Association Executive

Karen M. Smith, Association Executive
